  15. mogul whose screaming "Crazy Eddie" TV commercials ("Our prices
  16. are insaaaaaane!") blanketed the U.S. Northeast in the 1970s
  17. and '80s; in Yavne, Israel. Antar vanished in 1990 after the
  18. SEC brought a $72 million civil suit against him for stock
  19. fraud.
